Looking to cap off a redundant chimney pot while allowing ventilation to the chimney stack? The Red Flue Vent, standing 200mm tall with a diameter of 150mm, is perfect for your needs. Before installation, inspect your existing chimney for cracks and ensure the inside is clear of debris.

Check that the cement flaunching is sound and the pot is secure. Clean the inside and joint face of the pot. Examine the terminal, ensuring it is undamaged and all surfaces are clean.Prepare a mortar mix with brick-coloured dye and apply a bead to the top face of the pot.

Carefully insert the spigot into the pot, pressing lightly onto the mortar joint. Align the terminal vertically and trim off excess mortar, smoothing it out to taper, allowing rainwater to drain down the chimney pot effectively. Manufactured in the UK for assured quality, this flue vent is ideal for both new installations and replacements.
