Suited for use with wood (<20% moisture), smokeless coal, gas, and oil appliances up to 600°C (T600 designation), this gather hood is a versatile and essential component for efficient chimney function. It comes with an adaptor, and the metal flaps at the top allow secure attachment to brickwork.
Regular sweeping and maintenance are necessary to ensure optimal performance. For solid fuel applications, we recommend checking the chimney system twice a year—towards the end and the start of the heating season.
