The VIT-Smooth 90° Elbow with Door - Ø 150mm is an exceptional connecting pipe designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C. Crafted from zero carbon steel and finished with a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in matt black, this flue pipe is both robust and aesthetically pleasing. Ideal for use as a connecting pipe between your appliance and a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, the VIT-Smooth pipe ensures safe and efficient operation.
Please note, it is not suitable for passing through ceilings or combustible walls. During installation, ensure the smaller diameter points downward to retain condensates within the system. The friction fit joint design means sealing is optional, though a jointing compound can provide extra security.
Additionally, careful installation and maintenance, including the use of high temperature paint on cut sections and regular chimney sweeping, will prolong the pipe's lifespan and maintain its appearance.
