The VIT-Smooth 90° Elbow - Ø 175mm is an essential component for creating a seamless connection in your flue system. Crafted from zero carbon steel and finished with a durable powder vitreous enamel in matt black, this single-skin connector is designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C. Ideal as a connecting pipe between your appliance and the Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, the VIT-Smooth should never be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

Easy to install, this friction-fit joint does not require sealing, though jointing compound can be used for extra security. It is designed to be cut to length, but any exposed steel must be protected with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Maintenance is straightforward, particularly for solid fuel applications, where regular inspection and cleaning are crucial.

For direction changes, access doors can be added. Always wear appropriate PPE during installation.
