The Screw-FIX Pot Hanging Cowl is key for water and vermin protection, significantly enhancing the efficiency and longevity of the flue system. By supporting the vertical weight of the flue liner, it ensures structural integrity when installed on sound chimney pots, including those in masonry constructions as per Building Regulations Document J.
