The MI-FLEX Pot Hanger Support Clamp - Ø 150 is a pivotal component designed for seamless integration with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners. This top-quality accessory ensures a robust and secure chimney system when used together with other MI-FLEX products. Perfectly suited for wood with less than 20% moisture, smokeless coal, gas, and oil appliances, it can withstand temperatures up to 600°C (T600 designation).
In compliance with UK Building Regulations Document J, the flexible flue liner must be entirely enclosed within a masonry chimney. A sound chimney structure is imperative, ensuring the chimney pots are uncracked and adequately flauched. For optimal use, this pot hanger support clamp must be combined with suitable top fixings to bear the vertical weight of the flue liner.
Regular maintenance is crucial, and sweeping should be performed by a competent professional, especially for solid fuel systems, to prevent blockages and buildup of deposits.
