The MI-FLEX Pot Hanging Cowl (Natural) - Ø 150 is a premium installation accessory designed for seamless use with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners. Perfect for creating a full chimney system, this cowl ensures your flue is secure and protected. Compliance with Building Regulations Document J means it can only be installed within a masonry chimney, not in timber or plasterboard enclosures.
Suitable for appliances up to 600ºC (T600 designation), it handles wood with <20% moisture, smokeless coal, gas, and oil. The pot hanging cowl attaches to the chimney pot and takes the vertical weight of the liner while blocking rain and bird ingress. Ensure regular sweeping and maintenance by competent personnel, especially for solid fuel applications.
