The VIT-Smooth Traditional Stove Pipe 500mm - Ø 150mm is an essential component for safe and efficient stove installation. Ideal for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C, this connecting pipe ensures a secure and reliable connection between your stove and flue system. Constructed from zero carbon steel and coated with a powder vitreous enamel in a sleek matt black finish, the VIT-Smooth pipe not only performs well but also looks great.
Note that this pipe is designed for use as a connecting piece and should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. Its friction-fit joints eliminate the need for additional sealing, though a jointing compound can be applied for extra security. Easily cut to size, any exposed steel should be coated with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
For solid fuel applications, regular chimney cleaning is essential, and an access door can be added to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
