The VIT-Smooth - Traditional Stove Adaptor - Ø 150mm is your go-to solution for securely connecting your stove to a flue system. Designed for use with traditional style socket and spigot enamel pipes, this adaptor ensures a seamless connection where the spigot on the stove is oversized. Built from zero carbon steel and featuring a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in a stylish matte black finish, it is suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances up to temperatures of 600°C.
Please note that VIT-Smooth pipes are intended for use as connecting pipes and should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. During installation, ensure that the pipe is oriented correctly with the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates contained within the flue system. Although the joints don't require sealing due to their friction fit design, you can opt to use jointing compounds for added security.
Remember to maintain your chimney regularly, especially when using solid fuel, to ensure optimal performance.
