Constructed from zero carbon steel with a matte black powder vitreous enamel coating, this elbow provides both functionality and an attractive finish. Ideal for connecting your appliance to a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, the VIT-Smooth pipe ensures efficient operation without allowing condensates to escape.

Designed for easy installation with friction fit joints, it eliminates the need for joint sealing, although you may use jointing compounds for added security. Remember to keep VIT-Smooth 100mm away from combustible materials by at least 375mm and ensure proper PPE is used during installation. The VIT-Smooth elbow is designed to be cut and customized to fit your specific needs, but it's crucial to cover any exposed edges with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting.

Maintenance is straightforward, with provisions for inspection and cleaning, particularly essential for solid fuel applications. Regular sweeping and maintenance of chimneys serving solid fuel appliances are recommended.
