The VIT-Smooth 45°/135° Elbow with Door - Ø 125mm is expertly designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, operating at temperatures up to 600°C. Made from zero carbon steel with a sleek matt black powder vitreous enamel coating, this single skin connecting flue component is built to last and ensure optimal performance. Ideal for connecting your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, the VIT-Smooth Elbow provides a friction fit joint that doesn’t require sealing, though a jointing compound can be used for added security.

It should be installed with the smaller diameter pointing downwards to retain condensates within the system. Remember, VIT-Smooth is not suitable for passing through ceilings or combustible walls, and it must be kept at least 375mm away from combustible materials. The built-in access door allows for easy maintenance and sweeping, essential for solid fuel applications.

Ensure protective wear is used during installation.
