Manufactured in zero carbon steel with a sleek matt black powder vitreous enamel coating, this elbow connects seamlessly between your appliance and flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. Note that VIT-Smooth pipes should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

During installation, maintain at least 375mm distance from combustible materials and ensure the pipe points downward to keep condensates within the flue. Its friction-fit design eliminates the need for joint sealing, though you can use fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant for extra security. Easily cuttable for custom needs, any exposed steel should be covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.

Ensure the flue system is inspected and cleaned regularly, especially for solid fuel applications, and consider elbows with access doors for easy maintenance.
