The VIT-Smooth 750mm Pipe with a diameter of 125mm is a top-tier connecting flue pipe designed for seamless integration between your gas, oil, or solid fuel appliance and your flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. Constructed from zero carbon steel with a powder vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matt black finish, this single-skin pipe boasts exceptional durability and heat resistance up to 600°C.This pipe should only be used as a connecting section and is not suitable for passing through ceilings or combustible walls. During installation, ensure the pipe is positioned correctly with the smaller diameter facing downward to keep condensates within the flue system and prevent leakage.Featuring a friction fit joint, the VIT-Smooth pipe does not require sealing, though you may use a jointing compound for additional security.
The pipe is also designed for easy customization and can be cut to fit specific requirements, but ensure exposed steel is covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting over time. Regular maintenance, including inspections and chimney sweeping, is recommended, especially for solid fuel applications.
