The VIT-Smooth 500mm 2 Part Adjustable Pipe (Ø 125mm) is an essential component for connecting gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances to flue liners, chimney stacks, or twin wall flue systems. Crafted from zero carbon steel and finished with a durable matt black powder vitreous enamel coating, this pipe guarantees long-lasting performance at temperatures up to 600°C. Designed solely as a connecting pipe, VIT-Smooth should never be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

It's crucial to install the pipe with the smaller diameter pointing downward to ensure condensates remain inside the flue system. The friction fit joint method requires no sealant, although for added security, fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant can be used. If cut, the exposed steel must be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.

Maintenance is straightforward, especially for solid fuel applications, where regular chimney sweeping is recommended.
