Perfect for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances that reach temperatures up to 600°C, this collar ensures a neat and professional finish by covering the entry hole into non-combustible walls or register plates. Made from zero carbon steel and coated with durable powder vitreous enamel in a sophisticated matt black finish, the VIT-Smooth boasts both functionality and aesthetics.

Its friction-fit joint design eliminates the need for additional sealing, though optional jointing compounds can be used for extra security. Remember to install the smaller diameter pointing downward to contain any condensates within the flue system. The VIT-Smooth is also designed for customizable lengths, but ensure exposed steel is covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting.

Proper PPE is essential during installation. Regular inspection and maintenance are crucial, especially for solid fuel applications, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
