The VIT-Smooth 45° Angled Split Rosette Collar (Flat) - Ø 125mm is specifically designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with operating temperatures up to 600°C. This high-quality collar is crafted from zero-carbon steel with a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in a stylish matt black finish. Perfect for use as a connecting pipe between your appliance and flue system, the VIT-Smooth pipe ensures a seamless connection to your chimney stack or twin wall flue system.
However, please note that it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. Installation is straightforward but requires precision to ensure the integrity and longevity of your flue system. The VIT-Smooth must be installed the correct way up, with the smaller diameter pointing downward, to keep condensates inside the flue.
For added security, joints can be sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. Additionally, this split rosette collar is easily retrofitted and comes in two parts to cover the entry hole effectively.
