Not only does it protect your chimney from rain ingress, but it also deters vermin and birds from entering the flue.

This unit must be used in conjunction with a top plate and clamp for optimal stability, negating the need for an insert. Compliant with Building Regulations Document J, this rain cap is suitable for wood (under 20% moisture), smokeless coal, gas, and oil appliances, withstanding temperatures up to 600°C (T600 designation). Ideal for installations within masonry chimneys, it ensures a sound structure with a long-lasting performance.
