The London Gather 9 x 6 inch - Ø 150 is meticulously crafted to seamlessly integrate with Mi-Flex 316 and 904 flexible flue liners, creating a robust chimney system. Ideal for multi-fuel applications, it complies with Building Regulations Document J, ensuring safe installation within a masonry chimney. The gather hood facilitates the smooth transition from your fireplace opening to the chimney liner, making it a crucial element for effective gas flow.
With a T600 designation, it handles temperatures up to 600°C, making it suitable for wood with less than 20% moisture, smokeless coal, gas, and oil. The gather hood includes an adapter for secure connection to the flexible flue liner, ensuring a gas-tight seal with the use of fire cement, ceramic rope, or high-temperature sealant. For ongoing maintenance, the system allows for easy sweeping and inspection, mandating sweeps at least once a year, or twice for solid fuel appliances, to ensure optimal performance.
