The Gather Hood (300x300) - Ø 150 is an essential component for anyone installing a flexible flue liner above an open fireplace. Specifically designed to work seamlessly with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners, this gather hood improves the flow of gases toward the chimney liner, ensuring safer and more efficient venting. Made to comply with Building Regulations Document J, it is suitable for use in masonry chimneys and can handle temperatures up to 600°C (T600 designation).
The included adaptor ensures a secure connection with the flexible flue liner, while the durable design guarantees longevity. Perfect for use with wood (with less than 20% moisture), smokeless coal, gas, and oil, this gather hood ensures your chimney system operates at peak performance. Installation should always be completed by a competent person, and the system must allow for easy cleaning and maintenance, as per HETAS guidelines.
