Constructed from zero carbon steel and finished with a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in sleek matt black, it ensures both robustness and aesthetic appeal.**Application:**Ideal for connecting flue pipes between appliances and Flue Liners, Chimney Stacks, or Twin Wall Flue Systems.
Note that VIT-Smooth pipes should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.**Construction:**Manufactured in zero carbon steel with a powder vitreous enamel coating, VIT-Smooth pipes offer durability, making them suitable for high-temperature applications.**Installation:**Ensure that the VIT-Smooth pipe is positioned correctly for optimal performance - the smaller diameter should always point downward to prevent condensate leakage. It's a friction fit, but for added security, joints can be sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. Remember to maintain a safe distance of at least 375mm from combustible materials.**Maintenance:**Regular inspection and cleaning are essential, especially for solid fuel applications.
