The Storm Collar Ø 125mm is an essential accessory designed to ensure watertight integrity where your chimney or flue passes through the roof. Suitable for solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal-effect fires, and boilers, this storm collar is crafted from high-grade stainless steel for maximum durability. The outer skin is composed of 304 grade stainless steel, while the inner skin boasts 316 grade stainless steel, both with a thickness of 0.4mm.

The insulation comprises high-density compressed rockwool, ensuring robust thermal protection. Fully welded for extra strength, the Storm Collar Ø 125mm maintains a safe distance from combustible materials and is HETAS and CE approved for peace of mind. Installation is straightforward, employing a locking band to secure twin wall insulated chimney parts.

Remember to seal the top edge with silicone to achieve complete watertightness.

1. Position the Storm Collar approximately 25mm above the highest part of your roof flashing. 2. Secure it firmly using the provided locking band. 3. Apply a bead of high-quality silicone around the top edge and adjacent flue to ensure complete watertightness. 4. Verify that the clearance distances (50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC) are met. 5. For optimal results, recheck all fittings and adhere to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

It can be used with a range of solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances including wood stoves, gas coal-effect fires, and boilers.

It is made from 304 grade stainless steel on the outside and 316 grade stainless steel on the inside, both with a thickness of 0.4mm.

Install it about 25mm above the tallest part of the flashing, secure it using a locking band, and run a bead of silicone around the top edge and the flue to ensure watertightness.
