Suitable for solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal-effect fires, and boilers, this storm collar is crafted from high-grade stainless steel for maximum durability. The outer skin is composed of 304 grade stainless steel, while the inner skin boasts 316 grade stainless steel, both with a thickness of 0.4mm.
The insulation comprises high-density compressed rockwool, ensuring robust thermal protection. Fully welded for extra strength, the Storm Collar Ø 125mm maintains a safe distance from combustible materials and is HETAS and CE approved for peace of mind. Installation is straightforward, employing a locking band to secure twin wall insulated chimney parts.
Remember to seal the top edge with silicone to achieve complete watertightness.
