The MI-Flash - No 1.5 Tile Black EPDM (125-225mm) AL-705x501 is engineered for optimum performance on tiled roofs. It features an environmentally-friendly, lead-free aluminium base complemented by an EPDM rubber upstand, promising a lifespan of up to 20 years. The flashing accommodates pipe diameters between 125mm and 225mm and can withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to 135°C.
Its innovative design includes a built-in 20° pitch for adaptability to nearly any roof pitch, including steep angles up to 45°. The pull tab and smooth tear grooving eliminate the need for cutting with knives, making the installation straightforward. You simply pull the tabs to the correct size using pliers, apply silicone sealant to the back, adjust the surrounding tiles, and secure the flashing to the roof.
