Constructed from a polymer-based base material with an aluminum mesh reinforcement, this environmentally friendly flashing is both durable and flexible. The stainless steel cone ensures robustness, while the butyl self-adhesive layer on the lower surface makes for an effortless installation.
The base is easy to cut and mold with basic tools like a Stanley knife or plate shears. It adheres to a wide range of building materials including brick, concrete, metal, glass, and certain plastics. For porous surfaces like brick and concrete, pre-treat with Primer for optimal adhesion.
Ensure surfaces are clean and slightly matted using an abrasive sponge before installation. This versatile product can accommodate roof slopes as low as 5°, making it a versatile choice for nearly any roofing project.
