The VIT-Smooth GLOSS Stove Adaptor Ø 125mm is the ideal solution for connecting your stove to a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. Manufactured from zero carbon steel and coated with a high-quality vitreous enamel in a gloss black finish, this adaptor is built to last. Suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C, it provides a seamless and efficient connection.
Ensure that the VIT-Smooth is installed correctly, with the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates within the flue system. This single-skin connecting pipe should not pass through ceilings or combustible walls and must be installed at least 375mm away from combustible materials like wood and plasterboards. To ensure longevity and functionality, routinely inspect and clean your chimney, especially for solid fuel applications.
The VIT-Smooth pipe can be cut to fit, but exposed steel should be covered with high-temperature paint to prevent rust. Safety is crucial, so always wear appropriate PPE during installation.
