The VIT-Smooth Gloss 45°/135° Elbow (Ø 100mm) is an essential component designed for connecting flue systems to gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances. This single-skin elbow is crafted from zero carbon steel and features a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in a sleek gloss black finish. It can withstand temperatures up to 600°C, making it suitable for high-temperature appliances.
Install it between your appliance and the flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. Please note, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. The VIT-Smooth system ensures that all condensates remain inside, preventing any exterior damage.
Maintenance is straightforward with fittings allowing easy inspection and cleaning, essential for solid fuel applications. Install carefully, keeping it at least 375mm from combustible materials, and always wear appropriate PPE.
