The VIT-Smooth 90° Rosette Collar (Spring) - Ø 150mm is a versatile and high-quality decorative cover designed to conceal the entry hole of your flue pipe into a non-combustible wall or register plate. Ideal for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, this rosette collar can withstand temperatures of up to 600°C. Constructed from zero carbon steel with a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matt black finish, the VIT-Smooth also features a friction fit joint, eliminating the need for seals.
For added security, joints can be sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone. It's vital to install VIT-Smooth properly, ensuring a minimum clearance of 375mm from combustible materials and always pointing the smaller diameter downward to keep condensates within the system. Designed for easy inspection and cleaning, the VIT-Smooth should be maintained regularly, especially in solid fuel applications.
