Constructed from zero-carbon steel and coated with a durable powder vitreous enamel in an elegant matt black finish, this single-skin flue pipe ensures both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Designed to connect your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, the VIT-Smooth should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

For optimal performance, install the VIT-Smooth with the smaller diameter pointing downward, preventing condensates from escaping. While the friction-fit joints eliminate the need for sealing, optional jointing compound can be applied for extra security. Remember to leave a minimum clearance of 375mm from any combustible materials during installation.

Ensure exposed steel is covered with high-temperature paint if the pipe is cut, to prevent rusting. Regular maintenance is crucial, particularly for solid fuel appliances; ensuring clean chimneys by including inspection access doors at bends is recommended. At least an annual chimney sweep and inspection are advisable to maintain efficiency and safety.
