The VIT-Smooth - 250mm 2 Part Adjustable Pipe (Ø 100mm) is engineered to bridge gaps between two fixed points in your flue system. This pipe is suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with operational temperatures up to 600°C. Crafted from zero carbon steel and finished with a durable powder vitreous enamel coating in sleek matt black, this single skin connecting flue system is built to last.
Note that the VIT-Smooth should only be used as a connecting pipe and must not pass through ceilings or combustible walls. The pipe's friction fit joints eliminate the need for additional sealing, though you can add jointing compounds for enhanced security. Installation should ensure the smaller diameter points downward to contain condensates within the system.
Maintenance is made easy with provisions for inspection and cleaning, particularly vital for solid fuel applications.
