The TWPro MB Finishing Plate 0°-30° - Ø 100 is an essential component for anyone looking to achieve a polished and professional finish around their flue installations. This finishing plate is specifically designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. Constructed for durability, the outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness while the inner skin is crafted from 316 grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick.

The plate features compressed rockwool insulation, boasting a density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro and 128Kg/m3 for other specifications.HETAS Approved and CE marked, the TWPro finishing plate meets rigorous safety and quality standards. The plate facilitates the secure passage of the flue through non-combustible walls, maintaining a safe distance from combustible materials. Fully welded and reliable, it ensures superior insulation and performance.

This component is easily secured with a locking band, providing a tidy and secure solution for your flue needs.

1. Ensure the installation surface is non-combustible and clean. 2. Pass the flue through the designated area, keeping the recommended clearance of 50mm for TWPro (or 60mm for KC specifications) from combustible materials. 3. Position the TWPro MB Finishing Plate to adjust between 0° and 30° as needed. 4. Secure the plate using high-quality silicone and screws provided. 5. Fasten the locking band to ensure a neat and stable installation. 6. Always consult the provided manual and adhere to local safety regulations.
