The TWPro MB 2pc. Round Fixed Finishing Plate 90° - Ø 100 is expertly designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. This durable plate ensures a neat finish where your flue passes through a non-combustible wall.

Constructed with an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both with a thickness of 0.4mm, it provides robust protection. The insulation is made from compressed rockwool, boasting a density of 200kg/m3. The TWPro system is fully welded for maximum durability and meets all safety standards with HETAS approval and CE marking.

Installation is straightforward with the use of a Locking Band to secure components. Ensure a safe distance of 50mm from any combustible materials. This finishing plate is ideal for keeping your installation tidy and secure.

Installation is straightforward. Begin by preparing the non-combustible wall surface; ensure it is clean and free from debris. Apply a bead of high-temperature silicone to the designated area and position the plate carefully. Secure the 2-piece finishing plate using the provided screws and Locking Band, ensuring that all components are firmly attached. Maintain a safe clearance of 50mm between the plate and any combustible materials. Check that the plate is level and that the joint between the flue and the wall is neatly finished. Optional accessories such as additional Locking Bands, specialised screws, or high-grade silicone sealants can further enhance installation; feel free to explore these on our accessories page if you require extra security or improved aesthetics.
