The TWPro MB - 2pc. Round Fixed Finishing Plate (150) 45° - Ø 100 is designed to provide a seamless and tidy finish around the flue where it passes through a non-combustible wall at a 45° angle. Constructed with an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick, it promises durability and strength.

The insulation is composed of compressed rockwool, creating a density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro and 128Kg/m3 for KC. Known for its resilience, the plate maintains a safe distance to combustibles, specifically 50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC systems, ensuring greater fire safety. The TWPro finishing plate is HETAS approved and CE marked, adhering to stringent quality standards.

Installation is a breeze with the use of a locking band to secure the twin wall insulated chimney parts together while maintaining a recommended distance from any combustible material such as wood or plasterboard.

1. Prepare the non-combustible wall area ensuring a flat, stable surface at a fixed 45° angle. 2. Apply an even layer of high-temperature silicone where the plate will contact the wall. 3. Position the finishing plate carefully, ensuring alignment with the flue. 4. Secure the plate with suitable screws and use the locking band to firmly join the twin wall insulated chimney parts. 5. Always maintain a minimum distance of 50mm (TWPro systems) or 60mm (KC systems) from any combustible materials.

The TWPro MB finishing plate is compatible with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any solid fuel appliances.

The plate is made from 304 grade stainless steel on the outside and 316 grade stainless steel on the inside, each 0.4mm thick. It is insulated with compressed rockwool.

Install the finishing plate by attaching it to the wall using silicone and screws. Ensure the flue is secured using a locking band and keep the flue at the required distance from any combustible materials.

Yes, the TWPro MB finishing plate is HETAS approved and also CE marked, meeting high safety and quality standards.

For TWPro systems, the required distance to combustibles is 50mm, while for KC systems it’s 60mm.
