The TWPro Black Wall Support 80-130mm - Ø 127 is designed for lateral support of chimney flues, particularly for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers. This support structure is an essential component to ensure the stability and safety of your chimney system. Constructed with an outer skin of 304-grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316-grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick, this wall support promises durability and longevity.
The insulation, made from compressed rockwool with a density of 230kg/m3, is encapsulated within twist-lock couplers that are fully laser welded. It maintains a safe distance to combustibles of 50mm. Approved by HETAS and CE marked, it boasts the designation number EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50.
Installation is straightforward with the 8-barbed twist lock system and locking band, ensuring a snug fit. Always maintain the required 50mm distance from any combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard.
