The Sflue Black (2108605MTB) Locking Band SCREW TOGGLE Ø 127 is a versatile and essential component for chimney flue systems, designed for use with both solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal-effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. This locking band is constructed with a 304-grade stainless steel outer skin and a 316-grade stainless steel inner skin, both 0.4mm thick, ensuring superior durability and resistance to high temperatures. The insulation consists of compressed rockwool with a density of 230kg/m³, encapsulated within twist-lock couplers and fully laser welded for enhanced safety.
Certified by HETAS and CE marked, it complies with designation number EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50, guaranteeing top-tier performance and safety standards. Installation is straightforward, with an 8-barbed twist-lock mechanism that keeps components securely in place using the Locking Band. It is crucial to maintain a 50mm distance from the flue to any combustible materials.
