This high-grade component features an outer skin made from 304-grade stainless steel and an inner skin constructed of 316-grade stainless steel, both at 0.4mm thickness. For optimal insulation, it incorporates compressed rockwool with a density of 230kg/m3, securely encapsulated within twist-lock couplers.

The entire unit is fully laser welded, ensuring robustness and longevity. This wall band maintains a mandatory 50mm clearance from combustibles for enhanced safety. Not only is it HETAS approved and CE marked, but its installation is straightforward with its 8 barbed twist lock system, using locking bands to ensure secure assembly.

Engage the 8 barbed twist-lock system firmly using the provided locking bands, ensuring each connection is secure and stable. For external applications, confirm that the wall surface is robust enough to support the bracket’s load and that all connections comply with EN1856-1 standards for chimney systems.
