The Top Plate Ø 150 is a crucial accessory from the MF20 MI-FLEX range, specifically crafted for use with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners. This top plate, measuring at a robust 400mm square, plays an integral role in the structural integrity of your chimney system, supporting the vertical (dead) weight of the flue liner. Designed in accordance with Building Regulations Document J, it ensures that your flexible flue liner is fully enclosed within a masonry chimney, thus maintaining optimum safety and performance.

Suitable for high-temperature environments, the Top Plate Ø 150 can withstand temperatures up to 600°C (T600 designation), making it ideal for use with wood, smokeless coal, gas, and oil appliances.

It pairs seamlessly with the Top Clamp and Top Insert Sleeve to provide comprehensive support at the top of the stack.

Maintenance is straightforward with the Top Plate Ø 150. The chimney system's design facilitates easy cleaning and inspection, minimizing downtime and prolonging the lifespan of your appliance and flue system. It's recommended that chimneys servicing solid fuel appliances be swept at least twice a year to prevent blockages and build-up.

Always use HETAS registered sweeps and avoid chemical cleaners and mild steel tools to maintain the integrity of your system.
