Before installation, thoroughly clean the channel by removing any remnants of old rope and debris. Apply a suitable fire rope adhesive evenly along the channel. Firmly press the fire rope into place, ensuring a continuous, unbroken application. Using sharp scissors, trim the rope to achieve an exact end-to-end butt joint. Allow a minimum of 15 minutes for the adhesive to set fully before operating your appliance. Always refer to your appliance's manual for additional installation guidelines and safety instructions.
