The Round Finishing Plate 90° (1 Piece) - Ø 100 is the perfect solution for achieving a clean, professional look where your flue exits through a wall. Specifically designed for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers, this plate ensures safety and aesthetics. Constructed from durable 304 grade stainless steel for the outer layer and 316 grade stainless steel for the inner layer, both at 0.4mm thickness, it ensures longevity and resilience.

The plate features compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro and 128kg/m3 for KC, providing excellent heat resistance. Fully welded for durability, it maintains a required distance of 50mm from combustibles (60mm for KC). TWPro is HETAS approved and CE marked, meeting rigorous safety and quality standards.

Installation is straightforward with the use of a Locking Band, silicone, and screws, ensuring a secure fit and compliance with safety distances from combustible materials.

To install the Round Finishing Plate, begin by ensuring the area around the flue exit is clean and free of debris. Apply a generous amount of high-quality silicone to the back of the plate, then press it firmly against the wall. Secure the plate in place using the provided screws and a locking band to ensure it does not move over time. Always maintain the required clearance from combustible materials – 50mm for TWPro installations and 60mm for KC systems. Double-check all fittings to ensure the plate is firmly fixed and compliant with safety distances.

It is suitable for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any solid fuel appliances.

The outer skin is made of 304 grade stainless steel and the inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick. It is also insulated with compressed rockwool.
