This plate is meticulously engineered from robust 304 and 316 grade stainless steel, offering outstanding durability and resistance to high temperatures.

The outer and inner skins are both 0.4mm thick, providing a strong barrier against wear and tear. The insulation is made of compressed rockwool, delivering a density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro and 128kg/m3 for other systems, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency. Fully welded parts ensure seamless assembly.

Certified with HETAS approval and CE marking, it guarantees compliance with UK safety standards. Its easy installation with silicone and screws, coupled with a secure locking band system, makes it a favourite for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals. The plate's fixed 45° design and 75mm width ensure a snug fit and professional finish.

To install the 2pc. Round Fixed Finishing Plate, begin by ensuring the flue is correctly positioned through the non-combustible wall. Clean the area thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion for silicone application. Position the plate at the fixed 45° angle aligning with the flue exit. Apply a high-temperature silicone sealant around the entry point, then firmly press the plate against the wall. Secure the plate using the appropriate screws provided, ensuring a tight and stable fit. Finally, check that the locking band system is properly engaged to prevent any movement. Always adhere to the minimum distance of 50mm (TWPro systems) or 60mm (KC systems) from combustibles, and follow manufacturer installation guidelines for optimal safety.

The 2pc. Round Fixed Finishing Plate is suitable for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and other solid fuel appliances.

The finishing plate is constructed with an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick. It also features compressed rockwool insulation.
