Constructed with high-quality stainless steel, the outer skin is made from 304 grade while the inner skin is crafted from 316 grade stainless steel.

Its robust construction includes compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro and 128Kg/m3 for additional variants, ensuring excellent heat retention and safety. Meeting stringent standards, the Finishing Plate is HETAS Approved and CE marked, offering peace of mind with certifications like TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50. Follow these steps: • Clean the installation surface to remove any dust or residue. • Measure and mark the correct positions, ensuring the plate maintains a safe distance from combustible materials (50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC variants). • Apply a high-temperature silicone sealant along the contact edges to ensure an airtight fit. • Secure the plate firmly using appropriate stainless steel screws. • Verify that the locking bands are in place to stabilise the chimney parts. • Finally, conduct a visual inspection to confirm a neat, secure, and compliant installation.
