Ideal for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, oil, and gas boilers, this rain cap ensures optimal performance and longevity of your heating systems.Constructed with high-quality materials, the outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel with a thickness of 0.4mm, while the inner skin is constructed from 316 grade stainless steel of the same thickness. To enhance durability, the insulation is composed of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m³, and all parts of the rain cap are fully welded.This product meets stringent safety and performance standards, being HETAS approved and CE marked.
It carries the certification numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, assuring you of its quality and compliance.Installing the Rain Cap Ø 150 is straightforward with the use of a Locking Band to secure the parts together. Ensure a minimum distance of 50mm from any combustible materials like wood or plasterboard around your flue for optimal safety and efficiency.
