The outer skin features 304 grade stainless steel at 0.4mm thick, while the inner skin comprises 316 grade stainless steel, also at 0.4mm thick, for enhanced durability.

Insulated with high-density compressed rockwool (200kg/m3), the cowl maintains a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles, ensuring lower risks of fire hazards. Fully welded and rigorously tested, this product carries HETAS approval and CE marking, boasting the designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward with the use of a locking band, designed to securely join TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney parts.
