Pack 706 from National Flues is an all-encompassing installation kit, ideal for setting up flexible flue liners within existing masonry chimneys. Perfectly crafted for use with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners, this kit ensures compliance with Building Regulations Document J, which mandates a fully enclosed installation. Suitable for appliances up to 600°C (T600 designation), it supports various fuel types including wood (less than 20% moisture), smokeless coal, gas, and oil.
The kit includes a Pot Hanging Cowl with Mesh, a Nose Cone, an Increasing Adaptor to Black Pipe or Single Wall Flue, and a Chimney Notice Plate. Notably, this pack is designed for scenarios where you do not wish to remove the existing chimney pot. Regular sweeping and maintenance by a competent person are recommended to ensure the longevity and efficiency of your chimney system.
