The No. 7 EPDM Masterflash is meticulously designed for sealing pipes on profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces, accommodating pipe diameters from 152mm to 280mm (6 to 11 inches). Constructed from EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), this flashing showcases exceptional resistance to excessive weathering, including ozone and ultraviolet light exposure. Its one-piece construction enables a swift and hassle-free on-site setup, typically completed in under five minutes.
The ingeniously designed base of the flashing ensures it can seal effectively on various panel configurations and roof pitches, irrespective of the pipe's location.### Installation Steps:1. Select the appropriate pipe opening and trim it using a Stanley knife or scissors.2. Slide the flashing over the pipe (lubrication with grease may be necessary).3.
Mould the flashing to match the roof profile.4. Apply a sealant from the Fixing Kit to ensure a secure seal.5. Fasten the flashing in place using the screws and caps provided in the Fixing Kit.### Important Note:Two Standard Fixing Kits are required to install this flashing securely.
