Constructed from EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), this flashing showcases exceptional resistance to excessive weathering, including ozone and ultraviolet light exposure. Its one-piece construction enables a swift and hassle-free on-site setup, typically completed in under five minutes.

The ingeniously designed base of the flashing ensures it can seal effectively on various panel configurations and roof pitches, irrespective of the pipe's location.### Installation Steps:1. Select the appropriate pipe opening and trim it using a Stanley knife or scissors.2. Slide the flashing over the pipe (lubrication with grease may be necessary).3.

Mould the flashing to match the roof profile.4. Apply a sealant from the Fixing Kit to ensure a secure seal.5. Fasten the flashing in place using the screws and caps provided in the Fixing Kit.### Important Note:Two Standard Fixing Kits are required to install this flashing securely.

Apply the sealant provided in the Fixing Kit generously to secure a watertight seal. 5. Fix the flashing in place using the provided screws and caps from the Fixing Kit. 6. Double-check that both Fixing Kits have been installed for complete stability and weather resistance. Note: Always follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols when handling cutting and installation tools.
