The No 5 EPDM Masterflash 102-178mm (4 to 7 inch) is designed with both versatility and durability in mind. Ideal for use on profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to 135°C. Crafted from high-quality EPDM, this flashing is specially compounded for maximum resistance against weathering, ozone, and ultraviolet light, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Its single-piece construction facilitates swift and straightforward on-site installation, typically taking no more than five minutes to complete. The adaptable base is engineered to securely seal various panel configurations and roof pitches, regardless of the pipe location. For installation, simply trim the opening to fit your pipe diameter, slide the flashing over the pipe, form it to the roof profile, apply sealant, and secure with the provided screws and caps from the Standard Fixing Kit.
