The No 4 EPDM Masterflash 76-152mm (3 to 6 inch) - Low Temp is tailored for use on profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces. With an impressive temperature resistance range from -55°C to 135°C, this Masterflash is designed for low-temperature applications. Constructed from EPDM, a material chosen for its superior resistance to weathering, ozone, and ultraviolet light, this flashing promises longevity and durability.The single-piece design ensures a swift and uncomplicated installation process, often taking no more than five minutes.
The base is crafted to adapt seamlessly to various panel configurations and roof pitches, ensuring a tight seal irrespective of pipe location.INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:1. Choose an appropriate pipe opening and trim it using a Stanley knife or scissors.2. Slide the flashing over the pipe.
Lubricate with grease if necessary.3. Mould the flashing to match the roof’s profile.4. Apply the included sealant from the Fixing Kit.5.
Secure using the screws and caps supplied in the Fixing Kit.One Standard Fixing Kit is required for installing this flashing.
