The MI-VIT Lite Reducer - Ø 125-120mm is your top choice for connecting pipes between your appliance and your Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System. Designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, it can handle temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius. Manufactured from zero carbon steel and coated with a durable vitreous enamel finish in matte black, this reducer is built to last.
When used with a seal, it can achieve a P1 pressure rating up to 200 degrees Celsius (T200). Ensure it is installed at least 375mm away from any combustible materials and that it’s fitted correctly with the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates inside the flue system. Maintenance is easy, allowing access doors for cleaning and inspection, essential for solid fuel applications.
Make sure to sweep chimneys at least once a year or as frequently as necessary.
