Crafted from zero carbon steel and coated with a durable vitreous enamel in a sleek matte black finish, it is suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius. This increaser enables a seamless transition within your flue system, ensuring smooth airflow and optimal performance.**Construction & Features:**- **Material:** Made from single-skin zero carbon steel with a vitreous enamel coating.- **Finish:** Matte black finish for a sleek look and long-lasting durability.- **Temperature Tolerance:** Suitable for appliances with temperatures up to 600°C.

Achieves a P1 pressure rating up to 200°C when fitted with a seal.**Installation Guidelines:**- **Proximity to Combustibles:** Do not install within 375mm of combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard.- **Orientation:** Ensure the smaller diameter points downward to contain condensates within the flue system.- **Joint Sealing:** Friction fit joints do not require seals for T600 installations; however, for pellet installations (P1 applications), seals must be applied to every joint.- **Cutting:** The pipe can be cut but be sure to cover exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.- **Safety:** Always use appropriate PPE during installation.**Maintenance:**- **Inspection & Cleaning:** Regular inspections and cleaning are crucial, especially for solid fuel applications.
