The Mi-Pellet Tee Cap Ø 80 is an essential component for your pellet flue system, ensuring a secure seal at the base of a tee. Designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, this durable cap can withstand temperatures up to 600°C. Constructed from zero-carbon steel and finished with a matte black vitreous enamel coating, the Mi-Pellet Tee Cap is built to last.
This cap is particularly suited for positive pressure (P1) applications when paired with the included joint clip. Easy to install, the Mi-Pellet pipe should be positioned correctly, with the smaller diameter pointing downward, to ensure condensates remain within the system. Remember, this cap should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls and must be kept 375mm away from combustible materials.
For optimal performance and longevity, regular maintenance, such as chimney sweeping, is recommended, especially for solid fuel applications. Make sure to wear appropriate PPE during installation.
