The Mi-Pellet 90° Tee - Ø 80 from National Flues is meticulously designed to ensure optimal performance for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances. Constructed from zero carbon steel with a durable vitreous enamel coating, this single skin connecting flue system withstands temperatures up to 600°C. Primarily used for connecting appliances to flue liners, chimney stacks, or twin wall flue systems, this tee should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.
Proper installation is crucial, ensuring it is positioned correctly with the smaller diameter downward to keep condensates inside. Maintenance is simplified with optional access doors for easy chimney sweeping, a necessity for solid fuel setups. Ensure compliance with safety standards by fitting seals on every joint for P1 applications and covering any cut steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
