The Mi-Pellet 90° Bend - Ø 80mm is an essential component for your flue system, designed to seamlessly connect your appliance to a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. Manufactured with zero carbon steel and a matte black vitreous enamel coating, this single-skin connecting pipe ensures robust performance and longevity. It's suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, supporting temperatures up to 600°C.

Note that the Mi-Pellet pipe should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. During installation, it's important to position the smaller diameter pointing downward to prevent condensates from escaping the system. The friction fit joints do not require sealing for T600 high-temperature installations, but seals are necessary for P1 applications where positive pressure is present.

The pipe can be cut to length, but ensure any exposed steel is treated with high-temperature paint to avoid rust. Always wear appropriate PPE during installation. Regular maintenance, including chimney inspections and cleanings, particularly for solid fuel applications, is recommended.

Access doors at direction changes facilitate easy maintenance.
